What is Reiki?

Reiki It consists of two Japanese words "Rei" and "Ki„.
Rei – spiritual, light, life, love
Ki – energy, natural force, life energy, etc.
Reiki can therefore be translated as "Universal Life Energy„.

Reiki is a form of healing with the Universal Energy that is part of us and the Universe.

Knowledge of Reiki has been passed down by the Reiki Masters for centuries. Its founder is Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is not a substitute for conventional medicine, but it can be extremely useful as an additional therapy. Reiki is used and recognized by many clinics, hospitals where seriously ill people are helped to get better. Reiki is a tool that helps us in spiritual development, and a side effect is the recovery of our body and it should be reasoned so. Every disease, ailment has its source in our emotions. When our emotions are cured, the disease will also disappear.

I don't think we have enough knowledge to to explain Reiki scientifically at the moment. The field closest to understanding the phenomenon of Reiki is quantum physics.
The first person to define energy is Albert Einstein, who stated that energy equals mass multiplied by the speed of light (e=mc2).
One very interesting finding is that inside atoms, electrons and neutrons interact with each other. They appear and disappear regardless of time and space and appear when they are observed by us. In simple words: energy responds to your interest. This theory, in quantum physics, is known as "Observer Effect".

Another principle of quantum physics is „Splątanie Kwantowe”, which teaches us that in the universe everything is interconnected. We are connected to everything in the quantum field, we are not subject to time or space. Regardless of the distance, we can influence other molecules.

By practicing Reiki, we influence the quantum field with our intention to transmit Life Energy from the Universe.

Anyone can learn Reiki. This does not require any supernatural abilities. Anyone can also undergo a Reiki session with trained Masters or Reiki practitioners without any contraindications.
